Summary
AntOM is my Ph.D. thesis project. The motivation of the project is to alleviate the management cost of pervasive environments. The method is to construct and maintain a responsive, robust and traffic-efficient P2P overlay network on top of the environments. Network information is constantly collected by exploiting the swarm intelligence exhibited by a colony of artificial ants. Such information is used by peers to optimise their neighbours.
